About Me

Kristin here—writer, intuitive, and ritual guide for no-bullshit spiritual seekers. I’m free-spirited, queer, polyamorous spoonie, silver sister, food and wine lover, fangirl, oracle card reader, and #catmom living my best life in my beloved Seattle, in a cozy little bungalow a stone's throw from a rocky Puget Sound beach. Most days you can see me through my sunny living room window snuggling my feline furbabies, or drinking wine and watching chef shows with my partner.

After turning 40, a medical sabbatical, and a career change, I dove fully into my wild midlife-emergence! I let my grey hair grow out (and loved being a part of the Grombre and Silver Sisters movements), I began to regularly use spiritual and intuitive practices to heal, grow in community, and listen to what my soul was telling me about who I am and how I work best. I adventured at adult summer camp, explored career-change coaching, local moon circles, regular journaling, and the daily use of oracle cards. I was SO ready to take on the woooorld!!

That was February of 2020. Wah wah.

Fast forward through the pandemic (which in tarot terms was a big fucking tower), and I have slowed down even more. Dug even deeper. Forgiven harder. Searched wider. Landed softer.

And now? I have a full head of silver hair, an amazing spiritually-minded community both online and right here in Seattle, an in-depth knowledge and practice of my favorite spiritual tools, and a journal full of even more questions to explore. I am excited to move on to the next phase of my life, while sharing with you the wonderful tools I've picked up along the way!
